Founded by two friends inspired by our own wedding journeys, our business exists to recreate that same sense of magic for others. Having met during our MBA, we bring a shared foundation of creativity, organization, collaboration, and project management — shaped by our own wedding planning and career experiences.
We specialize in high-touch, design-forward celebrations for couples and companies who appreciate beautiful details, thoughtful logistics, and unforgettable guest experiences. We believe great events should feel as good as they look—effortless, intentional, and impeccably executed.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of letting my creativity shine through perfectly set tables, elegant floral arrangements, and thoughtfully styled spaces—details that elevate an event and make it truly memorable. My goal is for you to enjoy the planning process just as much as the big day itself.

Francesca van Soest
Based in the Okanagan, I grew up surrounded by our valleys natural beauty and savouring everything it offers. I have a passion for the whimsical and romantic side of weddings and events. With my background in project management and brand identity, my goal is to make your wedding feel as unique and as special as you. I blend creative energy with meticulous project management, ensuring every event is both inspired and flawlessly executed.
In my off time you can find me skiing my heart out, hiking up a mountain peak, mountain biking at one of our local provincial parks, and of course, savoring a glass of vino at one of our outstanding local vineyards.
